Who We Are

The Arkansas Foodbank is a non-profit organization that has been serving the state of Arkansas for over 30 years. Our mission is to provide hunger relief to those in need through a network of partner agencies, while also advocating for policies that address the root causes of hunger.

What We Do

The Arkansas Foodbank collects and distributes food and other essential items to over 300 partner agencies across the state, including food pantries, soup kitchens, and shelters. We also offer programs and services that help individuals and families access nutritious food, such as our Mobile Pantry and Senior Grocery programs.

Impact

In 2020, the Arkansas Foodbank distributed over 29 million pounds of food, which equates to over 24 million meals. Our efforts have helped to alleviate hunger in Arkansas, where 1 in 6 individuals struggle with food insecurity.

Giving

There are many ways to support the Arkansas Foodbank’s mission, including making a financial donation, hosting a food drive, or volunteering your time. Every dollar donated to the Arkansas Foodbank provides five meals to those in need.
