Who We Are

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Florida is a non-profit organization that has been serving children and youth since 1904. Our mission is to provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported one-to-one relationships that change their lives for the better, forever. We believe that every child has the potential to succeed and thrive in life, and we are committed to helping them achieve their full potential.

What We Do

Our organization matches children and youth with caring, adult mentors who provide guidance, support, and friendship. We offer a variety of programs and services that are designed to meet the unique needs of each child and family we serve. Our programs include community-based mentoring, school-based mentoring, and virtual mentoring. We also provide support and resources to our mentors to help them build strong relationships with their mentees.
