Who We Are
Goodwill Industries of Denver is a nonprofit organization that has been serving the community since 1918. Our mission is to provide education, career development, and employment opportunities to individuals facing barriers to success. We believe that everyone deserves a chance to reach their full potential, regardless of their background or circumstances.
What We Do
We operate retail stores and donation centers throughout the Denver metro area, where we sell donated goods to fund our programs and services. We also offer job training and placement services, as well as education and career development programs. Our goal is to help individuals achieve self-sufficiency and independence through work.
Impact
Since our founding, we have helped thousands of individuals in the Denver area find employment and achieve their goals. In 2020 alone, we placed over 3,000 individuals in jobs and provided over 1 million hours of job training. Our impact extends beyond just the individuals we serve – by providing job training and employment opportunities, we also contribute to the economic growth and stability of the community.
