Delaware Hospice is a non-profit organization that provides compassionate care and support to individuals and families facing serious illness and end-of-life issues. Founded in 1982, we have been serving the Delaware community for over 35 years. Our team of healthcare professionals and volunteers work together to provide quality care that meets the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients and their loved ones.
What We Do
Delaware Hospice offers a range of services to support patients and families throughout their journey. Our services include hospice care, palliative care, grief support, and community education. We provide care in a variety of settings, including patients’ homes, nursing homes, and our own inpatient facility.
