Who We Are

The Delaware Community Foundation (DCF) is a nonprofit organization that works to improve the quality of life in Delaware by connecting people who care with causes that matter. Founded in 1986, DCF has grown to become the largest philanthropic organization in the state, managing more than $300 million in charitable assets.

What We Do
