Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston (BGCB) is a non-profit organization that has been serving the youth of Boston for over 125 years. BGCB provides a safe and positive environment for children and teens to learn, grow, and develop into responsible citizens. With 11 clubhouses across the city, BGCB serves over 14,000 young people annually.
What We Do
BGCB offers a variety of programs and services to help young people reach their full potential. These programs include academic support, career exploration, leadership development, health and wellness, and the arts. BGCB also provides a safe and supportive environment for young people to build positive relationships with peers and caring adults.
Impact
BGCB has a proven track record of making a positive impact on the lives of young people in Boston. According to a recent study, 98% of BGCB members graduate from high school on time, compared to the citywide average of 72%. Additionally, 90% of BGCB members report feeling that they have a positive relationship with an adult at the club.
Giving
BGCB relies on the generosity of donors to continue providing high-quality programs and services to young people in Boston. Donations can be made online or by mail, and BGCB also accepts gifts of stock, planned gifts, and employer matching gifts.
