Who We Are

United Way of Weld County is a non-profit organization that has been serving the community since 1940. Our mission is to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of our community. We work to create long-lasting change in the areas of education, health, and financial stability.

What We Do

We bring together individuals, businesses, and organizations to address the most pressing needs in our community. We identify the root causes of social issues and work to find solutions that will have a lasting impact. Our focus areas include:

– Education: We support programs that help children and youth achieve their full potential, from early childhood education to college readiness.

– Health: We work to improve access to healthcare and promote healthy behaviors, with a particular focus on mental health and substance abuse.

– Financial Stability: We help individuals and families achieve financial stability by providing access to job training, financial education, and other resources.

Impact

Through our work, we have made a significant impact on the lives of individuals and families in Weld County. Some of our recent accomplishments include:

– Supporting over 50,000 individuals with basic needs such as food, shelter, and healthcare.

– Helping over 4,000 children and youth succeed in school and prepare for college or career.

– Providing job training and financial education to over 1,500 individuals.

Giving
