Who We Are
Idaho Foodbank is a non-profit organization that was established in 1984. Our mission is to help feed, educate, and advocate for Idahoans facing hunger. We work with a network of partners to distribute food and resources to those in need throughout the state of Idaho.
What We Do
At Idaho Foodbank, we believe that no one should go hungry. That’s why we work tirelessly to provide food assistance to those who need it most. We distribute food through a network of partner agencies, including food pantries, soup kitchens, and shelters. We also provide education and advocacy to help address the root causes of hunger.
Impact
Since our inception, Idaho Foodbank has distributed over 200 million pounds of food to those in need. In 2020 alone, we distributed over 27 million pounds of food, which equates to over 22 million meals. Our work has a significant impact on the lives of Idahoans facing hunger.
