Donate Bikes Bicycles
With the rise of single parenting, some kids are being raised on one income. It is expensive here in California for these families to even survive. However, here at Happier Bikes, we want to give back to these kids, who, for no reason of their own, don’t have access to bikes.

& International Bicycle Recycling Programs
We’re a full-service junk removal company, which means we’ll take care of all the heavy lifting. There’s no need to move items out to the curb—we’ll remove everything right from where it is, load it into our truck, and then sweep up the area when we’re done! Before taking it to a recycling facility, consider the condition your bike is in. If it’s still in working order or could easily be fixed up, donating it is the best option.
There’s no need to worry about how you’ll transport your heavy treadmill or stationary bike to a drop-off location — we do the pickup for you. If you have an old bike or bike parts lying around, donating them to this organization may be the way to go. As long as the bikes aren’t rusted or plastic, Bikes for the World will accept them and give them to people in third-world countries who need them for transportation.

Why Bikes for Kids?
All bikes in decent condition, including children’s bikes, will be accepted as long as they are entire, have no cracks in the frame, and have less than 25 percent rust on the frame and wheels. The Ham Lake nonprofit Bikes4Kids teamed up with North Anoka County Emergency Foodshelf and Closet May 4-5 to donate bikes to families through the food shelf in East Bethel. We carefully evaluate every bike that is donated. Each bike is directed to where it is needed most, depending on program needs and the bike’s general condition. Bike donations are tax-deductible, and we love to hear stories about your bike donation! Fill out the donation receipt on the page below.
