Aberfan: Queen’s ‘biggest regret’

I had an opportunity to visit Prabh Aasra kurali where S.Shamsher Singh ji took me around the inhabitation. Now I can say Prabh Aasra is doing great service toward the society and humanity. I am truly happy to see that one organization Prabh aasra in doing a noble service to humanity. I am really moved by the donation of the S.shamsher Singh and his team. The work & dedication you have towards supporting these abandoned is need to be commanded.

Prabh Aasra started with a little reflection of spiritual enlightenment. In the ray of enlightenment, many of our needy fellow beings like unclaimed mentally/ physically challenged , orphans, old aged and citizens were seen crying for help in very pitiable conditions. The mission started to rehabilitate these citizens in two rented room in 2003 which is now established as an organization that has supported many needy and moving to its dream to serve the ailing world.

THE Queen says her biggest regret during her reign is failing to visit Aberfan immediately after the coal slide which killed 146 people in 1966, it has been reported. Right now in Punjab, a deadly second Covid wave continuously to spiral out of control. As still only 10 % of people are vaccinated, millions are still at risk of catching the virus Prabh Aasra has started providing medical facilities by opening 50 Bedded Charitable Hospital to the community as well as to our inhabitants of the society.

Prabh Aasra is an international NGO committed to rehabilitate destitute mentally ill/ challenged, orphaned, elderly and abandoned individuals with unconditional care, shelter, treatment, education and disaster relief.
