Unfortunately due to the large number of requests we receive daily, we are unable to fulfill them all and can only notify organizations that are approved. No donations will be granted unless received at least thirty business days prior to event. If you are a B Street Board Member, Company Member or Staff and you have a need or request, please submit your requests using this form and allow our steward to respond in regards to fulfilling your needs. Crumb provides granular campaign insights & anonymized, audience-level supporter insights that can help you better understand & engage your supporters and attract new partners & sponsors.

The Magellan Series and Première Selection allows you exclusivity to purchase pre-released premium wines and small-lot wines and increases your discount to 25% off all wine and merchandise purchases . Attach any additional information regarding the event/cause you wish to be considered. We help people donate their spare change – round-ups from everyday purchases – to creators, clubs & causes they care about. We are open daily from 10am-5pm for curbside pick up of wine club and bottle sales.

As of Friday, May 29th we re-opened our Prelude to Europa Village winery under a specific set of modifications and restrictions that promote everyone’s ultimate health and safety. Per county guidelines, we are unable to serve tastings at this time and must open as a dine-in restaurant and are providing you with a wine and dine experience. We are an active supporter of programs serving our local communities. We will only consider requests from 5013 designated nonprofit organizations.

We offer meeting and event venues to accommodate everything from small groups to large parties complete with catering options and top-of-the-line audio-visual capabilities. Please complete the below form and be as thorough as possible so we can learn as much about your event as possible. We love hearing from our customers and receiving valuable feedback! Requests from political organizations will not be looked at favorably. If you are requesting event sponsorship, please also attach a description of sponsorship levels and benefits. Wine Society members are subject to the same guidelines above, although we will consider requests on behalf of organizations located outside of San Luis Obispo County. If outside of San Luis Obispo County, you may request a wine donation for silent auction only. If your request is approved, we may require a copy of any permits you obtain from the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control or other government authority for your event.

Donation Guidelines:

Please fill out the form below and send to our donations committee. If your request is approved, we will contact you directly within 4 to 6 weeks. Due to the large number of requests we receive, we can only consider one donation per calendar year to each eligible organization.

Once a donation is approved, it will generally take 1-2 weeks for delivery or pickup. Once you have your creator, club or cause campaign set up, invite fans, staff, supporters – even family and friends – to round-up their daily purchases and send their spare change to your campaign! Easily keep track of your supporters & their donation amounts in your dashboard. JUSTIN wishes to support organizations serving the communities where our employees live and work. We prioritize organizations and events located in San Luis Obispo County but will consider submission for those out of the area.

The Organization requesting the donation will be contacted by email within 60 days of their submission, regardless of whether or not the request is approved. Because of the overwhelming number of deserving requests, we are only able to respond to those inquiries that are approved. We also ask that organizations limit their requests to one per year in order to help the greatest number of organizations.

Brasada Ranch takes pride in our support of local nonprofit organizations. Requests must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the event date being requested in order to be considered. All donation request forms must be completed in full or will not be considered. Please note that all requests must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of the date of the event.

We unfortunately are not able to accommodate any out-of-area requests and all donations must be picked up at the winery by the requesting party. We are currently working with several charities on an ongoing/annual basis and have an annual budget for other charitable events outside of those. Those organizations that we have a personal connection to will be given first priority. Please include the date, amount needed and donation type requested.
