Plus, Susan and Charlie qualify for a federal income tax charitable deduction on their taxes. Susan wants to make a gift to Casa Pacifica but would also like more income in the future. Susan creates a charitable remainder unitrust with annual lifetime payments to her equal to 5% of the fair market value of the trust assets as revalued annually. Graduates of the Casa Pacifica residential program will be encouraged to join our Alumni program.

To assist clients in completing a Wellness Recovery Action Plan to reduce or eliminate hospitalization and increase crisis management skills.
